Premiere of 'Mai', 'David', and 'Midnight's Children'

It was a star studded premiere night with lovely ladies in their lovely avatars.

Shriya Saran was the main attention at the Midnight's Children premiere. Unfortunately her outfit wasn't cut out for it. The Manish Malhotra lehenga just seemed too busy. The anarkali was unflattering and rather dated. The whole look was just all too much, with the messy and long side braid, bindi and studs.

Shahana, like her co-star also went for white with a Rohit Bal maxi. She accessorized with gold bangles and earrings, and red lips. The bangles could've been replaced with cuff, I think. Other than that, she look pretty good.

Poorna Jagannathan debuted an Elton Fernandez design on the red carpet. While I'm not a fan of the dress itself, she managed to pull it off pretty okay.

Mini went for a simple black and white saree for the 'Mai' premiere. Sometimes simplicity is the best policy. A bright smile to complete the look and she was exudes radiance.

Mini Mathur

Attending the premiere of 'David', Aditi wore a Rohit Bal anarkali.  The wine color was an absolute beauty and she looked very sweet in it. Love the earrings and the side ponytail. Beautiful!

I expected Sridevi to be in an anarkali or saree for this premiere, but she opted for a pair of black pants paired with a gold DvF top. . I was a little disappointed with her choice of jewelry though. She could've scored better, going for a statement necklace and dissed the earrings, in my opinion.

Konkona, like Mini Mathur, also opted for simplicity with a black saree with red, green and blue border. The one to look out for here, however, was her statement necklace, which really elevated the look. Radiant!

Tanishaa opted for a beige Payal Singhal anarkali with pink accents. The look was really cute and suited her to a tee.

An appearance by Sonam Kapoor is always a joy for fashionistas. This time she attended the 'Mai' premiere in a red and black clock print Kallol Dutta saree. She topped it with an updo and a statement necklace. Lust the look!

Shraddha was beautiful in an Anita Dongre lehenga saree. Only thing was that she looked rather older than her age.

Kajol was stunning in a black and gold Sabyasachi saree. So glad that she kept her make up nude and fresh and topped it with a nice updo.
