Blue was the popular color for the night and at first stop in the color was Amanda Seyfried in a navy Zac Posen. I am LOVING the structural train of the dress, giving it a subtle edge. However the hair could've been a bit more experimental, but she looked gorgeous nonetheless.

Claire Danes brought a sense of sexy into classicality, wearing a one shoulder black Givenchy with a geometric panel, giving it a modern twist. Upping her sexy game was dark brown lips and an updo.

Jessica Chastain went for a strapless red Alexander McQueen. Not quite a fan of the dress itself, and the styling wasn't enough to elevate the look either. Not impressed.

Jamie was in black Marc Bouwer with the dangerous cleavage cutout. It, however, worked beautifully on her and the cherry on top was the perfect do to go with the dress.

In a black and white Chado Ralph Rucci, Julianna was a beautiful vision. She completed it with grey studs, high ponytail and a pair of tribal heels. Chicness!

The always sweet Jayma Mays opted for white Georges Hebeika. At first glance, it looked liked a Chanel to me. The fit of the dress could've been much better and the hair looked like it was done in a hurry. Potential for more.

Wrapped in a pale blue Badley Mischka dress, Katrina attended the award. I'm a sucker for structural cout-outs and its no different this time. Love, love, love the dress and the color was divine, and I'm so glad she skipped the sleeves.

Nina stood out in a bright pink Elie Saab. Love the fact that the design was simple enough to let the color stand out. She styled in with drop earrings and an updo. Very nice!
Looking classy in Chado Ralph Rucci was Michelle Dockey, but the side boob was bothering me.

Moving away from the usual black and white suit was Eddie Redmayne in a brown Hugo Boss suit. Dapper is an understatement!

Sofia strut in white Donna Karan Atelier and looked her usual sexy in it. I'm glad she moved away from her usual hairstyle, but an updo would've worked better for this look.

Looking good as ever in Prada was Hugh Jackman, Even if I'm not loving the beard, how can you deny this guy;)

While Dev Patel went for a dark brown Burberry suit, Freida went in contrast with a hot pink Roland Mouret dress. While the dress and color was beautiful, I'm not loving the hair. It looked too much like a wig.

Bradley Cooper has got to be my best dressed for men in a navy Tom Ford tux. The only thing bothering me is the crooked bowtie. But, hey, when a guy looks this good, why nitpick, right?!;)

While Chanel is all about classicality, I'm glad Julliane went for a dress which is modern and classic at the same time. She looked beautiful.
PS: The dress reminds me of a certain black and white Givenchy worn by Audrey Hepburn

Helen Hunt was glowing a strapless silver Ramona Keveza. Love that she went for the slightly ethnic jewelry. Only complaint, I wish she went for a contrasting clutch color, the whole look was just too matchy-matchy.

Jennifer Lawrence have been bringing up her fashion game this award season and its no different this time in her navy Dior Haute Couture. Completing her look was a side swept hair, a pair of diamond studs, a diamond necklace and red lips. Gorgeous!

Another one opting for Tom Ford was Justin Timberlake who was in the designer's checkered suit and to top off was a sleek gelled hair. Love, love, love!

Julia was stunning in Amen Couture. After long-time-no-see, it was a nice look to see on her.
Julai Stiles in Amen Couture
Kaley Cuoco picked a cute red Ramona Keveza. Unfortunately, the 'Big Bang Theory' star wore the wrong hair for the look. The iron straight hair with bangs was just a NO!

Anne was in a black Giambattista Valli dress. What else do you expect of Anne but perfect. A layered tulle encrusted dress, the cute pixie hair, diamond studs and red lips. A vision!
Anne Hathaway in Giambattista Valli
Kelly Osbourne flashed a smile wearing her signature lavender hair and a black Jenny Packham dress. This look wasn't exactly experimental and a bit safe for her, but nice , nonetheless.

January Jones gave the carpet a punk rock twist, pairing a sleek black and white Prabal Gurung and punk hairdo with bright red lips. Completing her look was a diamond cuff.

Lea Michele was in a pink Valentino. While I'm a huge Valentino fan, this look was a not quite.

A silver Marchesa, golden tresses in side swept manner and red lips. Pefection!
Naomi Watts in Marchesa
Morena Baccarin was stunning in Basil Soda. Love the hairdo, drop earrings and red lips. Just wished the fit at the waist was better.

Looking absolutely stunning in a navy Vivienne Westwood was Nicole Kidman. The dress was absolutely to die for, but the hair should've been off her face; gelled and pushed back, perhaps?!

My best look of the night was from Marion Cotilard who opted for a Dior Haute Couture number. The dress was enough for me to be in love with this look, but the sleek bob, tweed clutch and necklace called for perfection!

Black might be a safe choice, but no doubt its elegant. Naya also opted for the shade in Donna Karan Atelier which fits her to a tee, and I'm loving the peek-a-boo cleavage cut. The hair, however, was a bit meh.

Wearing a structural Rodarte bustiƩr dress was Kerry Washington. Absolutely gorgeously fitted and simply styled. Beautiful!

Another one in Valentino was Rose Byrne. Unfortunately, it was another downer. The cut seems dated, especially with her do and make-up.

Sarah Hyland was sleek in a purple Romona Keveza. Her make-up and hair was beautiful and even better, age appropriate.
