Diwali Bash

Two major Diwali bash were hosted in Mumbai last night, by Shilpa Shetty and Amitabh Bachchan respectively. The celebration saw celebrities in their Indian avatars.

Starting off with Tabu who attended the Bachchan's bash in a pale green net saree. Net saree is not a easy one to pull off, by Tabu does it beautifully!

Prachi looked absolutely stunning attending the bash in a cream and orange anarkali. An updo, grey clutch, cream peep toes, drop earrings and red lips completed her look.

Following not so far behind was Bipasha Basu in Sabyasachi saree. The saree was not quite the typical Sabyasachi, being in bright purple and red. However, it didn't work one bit. The sloppy draping also added to the mess.

Sonam also attended the bash in an Anamika Khanna design. It has quite the resemblance to a Sabysachi, don't you think? but its beautiful, nevertheless. Gold kundan earrings completed her look.

Arjun Rampal and wife Mehr attended Shilpa Shetty's Diwali bash. Mehr, in Tarun Tahiliani, looked absolutely beautiful and love the Jodhpurs and Nehru jacket on Arjun. The made a good looking couple at the bash.

Long time no see Isha Koppikar followed behing in an Anita Dongre suit. She looked nice!

Sophie Choudry also attended the bash in a Manish Malhotra lehenga. She looked radiant. Especially love that chindi.

Another bash was hosted by Kiran Bawa. 

Shilpa attended the bash wearing a Shehlaa anarkali. Not quite a fan of the suit, but she looked nice. She finished her look with gold heels and pearl and stone choker.

Shilpa's sister, Shamita was in a color-blocked Masaba suit. I love the outfit, but perhaps it wasn't for Shamita. She paired her outfit with silver peep-toe pumps and gold choker.
